Taiwan-headquartered electronics manufacturer Wistron is investing USD 24.5 million in a new factory in Vietnam's northern province of Ha Nam. The factory aims to complete administrative procedures by October, install machinery and equipment in November.

Hanwha Life signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with its local partner, the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) under the University of Danang and the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation for the "Future Talent Development Program in Finance and ICT in Vietnam." It is aimed at training ICT talent in the country.
