In May 2024, Costa Coffee, one of the biggest coffee companies in the world, introduced Costa Iced Coffee Lattes, a convenient, on-the-go version of its lattes. The line contains real cane sugar, dairy milk, and 85 mg of caffeine from 100% Arabica beans. It comes in three flavors: Mocha, Caramel, and Signature Blend.

In March 2024, Starbucks launched its newest range of ready-to-drink beverages, including even more café-inspired options to satisfy customer tastes. The new non-dairy Starbucks Oatmilk Frappuccino® Chilled Coffee Drink, along with additional varieties of Starbucks® Cold Brew and Starbucks® Multi-serve Cold Brew, were released by the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP). 

In June 2023, Coca-Cola-owned Costa Coffee, planned to launch open five new outlets in Morocco by the end of Q3 2023 at a cost of USD 3.2 million. The coffee shop brand already has two outlets in the country, in Casablanca and Fes. A third outlet in Tangiers closed down. The outlets are being opened by franchise partner Goldex Investments Group, which is one of the main Costa Coffee franchise partners in the UK. Two will be in Casablanca, two in Rabat and the final outlet will be opened in Bouskoura.
