The development of innovative chip-level cooling solutions such as the Integrated Flat Thermosyphon Heat Sink is expected to enhance the lifespan of all electronic components deployed in data centres by nearly 3-17 times and reduce the room air cooling load by nearly 8-25kJ/kg.
