Edinburgh-based Holyrood Distillery, which holds a major share in the Argentina whiskey market released its third whiskey since its launch. The first two were released in late 2023 and early 2024. The new addition, Ambir, used speciality malt for its flavour profile to enhance the taste notes of Scottish tablet, red fruits, vanilla and corn flakes.
