Next, the high temperature liquefaction stage fully contacts the adjusted starch milk with steam to rapidly heat it up, opening the starch chain and fully liquefying it. The liquefied enzyme is inactivated by high temperature and high pressure jet. The first injection temperature is maintained at 103 ± 5 ° C, with a laminar flow time of 50-90 minutes for maltose content above 50%, or 40-90 minutes for maltose content above 70%.
