We launched Healthy Competitions in August 2024 to foster a collaborative, health-focused culture. These initiatives aim to unit our team members, affectionately referred to as “rockstars,”, in an enjoyable and interactive manner promoting physical health and teamwork.

Why Healthy Competitions?

These fun challenges help employees find a balance between work and wellness. Stepathon Challenge – A Step Toward Wellness

Amongst the various competitions we have rolled out so far, the most well-received is ‘Stepathon Challenge,’ where the participants monitored their daily steps though an internal mobile app. This competition offered an active and fun chance for our rockstars to work out and compete with their teammates. It even encouraged the entire populace to step away from their workstations, be active, and even compete with colleagues to see who can achieve the highest step count!

The Impact So Far

In just a month, the Stepathon Challenge has achieved remarkable success. Teams have demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm as participants exceeded their limits and supported one another, notably, one team member reached almost one million steps. The energy and excitement that the challenge has brought to the office are palpable. We have observed higher engagement, improved communication among teams, and a significant uplift in morale as employees concentrate not only on their individual objectives but also on encouraging their colleagues.
